📦 Shipping

Delivery time: We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is 6–9 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Shipping costs: Any shipping costs will be clearly stated during checkout. Shipping may be free for certain promotions or orders above a certain amount.

Track & Trace: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email that allows you to easily track your package.

Shipping partners: We work with reliable delivery services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

🔄 Returns

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions: The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

Return process: Register your return via infoselvoria@gmail.com. We will send you instructions for returning the product.

Costs: The costs for returning the order are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

Refund: Once we have received your return in good order, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 7 working days.
