1. What is the delivery time for my order?
Our average delivery time is 8 -12 days within Norway. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track your package all the way to your door. Please note that holidays or busy periods at the carrier may sometimes cause minor delays.
2. How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code from us by email. This allows you to see exactly where your package is and when you can expect it. It may take several hours before the status becomes visible in the carrier's system.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellation or changes are often only possible within a few hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at infoselvoria@gmail.com if you want to change something. We will then see if we can still stop or change your order.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely with PayPal, Klarna, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed via a secure SSL connection, so your data is always protected. Choose the payment method that works best for you at checkout.
5. Are payments via your website secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use reliable payment providers and a secure SSL connection. This means that your data is sent encrypted and cannot be viewed by third parties. Secure online shopping is always our top priority.
6. How does returning a product work?
You have 30 days to return a product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Register your return via infoselvoria@gmail.com, and we will send you the return instructions. We will refund the purchase price within 7 working days of receipt.
7. Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?
Yes, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective. In that case, we will of course cover the costs. This allows us to keep the process fair and transparent.
8. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We are very sorry to hear that and will be happy to resolve the issue quickly. Please send us an email with photos of the defect to infoselvoria@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will then provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or refund.
9. Do I get a warranty on my purchase?
Yes, you are entitled to a warranty as stipulated by law. If a product becomes defective within a reasonable period of time under normal use, please contact us. We will assess the situation and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.
